Spanish Migas

8 oz. chorizo meat or links
4 cloves garlic, grated
4 thick pieces stale bread
1 small onion, chopped
3T olive oil
2t sweet paprika
2t fresh parsley, chopped

Cut bread into 1/2 in. cubes. Heat oil in cazuela at medium heat. Saute garlic and onion about 3 min. Brown chorizo meat 3-5 minutes. Add paprika and mix together. Add bread cubes and cook until golden brown. Mix in chopped parsley. Often served with green grapes. Enjoy!
