Cut skin off of pineapple, slice into slices. Pour soy sauce or teriyaki sauce to coat, sprinkle with chopped scallions.
Place the slices in cazuela, take off a few at a time to get grill marks, however do most of the cooking in the cazuela so the juice isn’t lost. We used these as a side.
To make a dessert out of the pineapple slices, instead of soy or teriyaki use balsamic vinegar and serve with ice cream.
