Super Easy Oven Polenta

2 cups coarse group stoneground organic cornmeal
9-10 cups of water
2 T unsalted butter
2 t salt

Stir together cornmeal and 9-10 cups of water, butter and salt.
Grease cazuela, dump in ingredients and mix until blended.
Bake uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, bring it
out stir and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Let it rest a few minutes before serving. Yum!
