Mexican Street Corn

6 ears of corn
shredded cheese
cilantro
lemon

For the spread-
2T mayo
1/2t paprika
2 garlic cloves, grated

Grill corn for 15-18 minutes on grill, turning every few minutes. Mix 2T mayo, 1/2t paprika, and 2 cloves grated garlic. Spread mixture on corn and roll in shredded cheddar cheese. Top with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice.
