2 carrots
1 onion
2 celery stalks
2 garlic cloves, grated
6c chicken stock
3c lentils
1T oregano
Chop 2 carrots, 1 onion, and 2 stalks of celery. Grate 2 cloves of garlic. Add to olla with 6 cups of chicken stock. Add 3 cups lentils and 1tbsp oregano. Cover and cook at 350° for 45 min to 1 hr.
