1/2t nutmeg
3 garlic cloves
1 lime
1T of the following-
fish sauce
crushed red pepper flakes
cayenne pepper
brown sugar
garlic powder
allspice
onion powder
black pepper
cinnamon
thyme
paprika
3T olive oil
6 boneless chicken breasts
1c banana peppers
3T olive oil
cilantro
Grate 1/2t nutmeg, 3 cloves garlic and juice 1 lime in grater bowl. Add 1T fish sauce. Add 1T of the following: crushed red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, allspice, onion powder, black pepper, cinnamon, thyme and paprika. Add 3T olive oil and mix together. Press chicken onto points in marinating bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours. To a sarten add 2T olive oil and 1c banana peppers. Grill peppers over medium heat for 10 min. Grill chicken over medium high heat for 5 -10 min. Turn halfway through and pour rest of marinade over chicken and grill 3 min. Add chopped cilantro to peppers. Top chicken with peppers.
