Garlic Knots

Mix 2 1/4C bread flour, 2 1/4t active dry yeast, 1t salt, and 3/4C warm water. Knead dough for 5-10 minutes. Cover and put in a sunny area to double in size, about 90 minutes. On floured surface roll the dough into a loaf. Cut the dough evenly into strips. Tie dough strip into a knot and place on greased baking sheet. Brush with oil and cover. Let rise about 90 minutes. Melt 5T butter with 4 grated garlic cloves and 1/4C parsley. Spread melted coating over knots. Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes.
