6 garlic cloves
2T fresh thyme
5T olive oil
1/4t chili flakes
3 sweet potatoes
3 russet potatoes
salt and pepper
Grate 6 cloves garlic. Chop 2T fresh thyme. Add to individual cazuela with 5T olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in 1/4t red chili flakes. Cut 3 sweet potatoes and 3 russet potatoes into wedges. Boil potatoes 15 minutes. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet and brush with garlic mixture. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
