Slice your choice of peppers, onion, chicken, steak or pork. Sprinkle with taco seasoning packet and bake at 350° for 25/30 minutes. Serve on warm taco shells with queso, sour cream, hot sauce, cilantro. Delish!!!

8 tomatillos
1/4-1/2 onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 jalapeño
1/2 -3/4 c lettuce
1 avocado
1/2 c water
salt and pepper
Whiz in blender. Yum!
