29 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 onion minced
2 eggs
1c parsley, chopped
3/4c chickpea flour
1/2t black pepper
1/2t dried sage
1t salt
1t oregano
2 garlic cloves, grated
olive oil

cheddar cheese
In a bowl mash beans, add all other ingredients except olive oil. Heat oil medium heat. Form beans into patties. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve on Shar Gluten free buns and top with cheese.
