1/2 c walnuts
1/2 c preserve
2 T brown sugar
1 lb. brie
Crush 1/2 cup walnuts in mortar into small pieces. Spread 1/2 cup preserve over brie in sarten. Cover with 2 tbsp brown sugar. Top with ground walnuts. Heat in oven at 350° for 20 to 25 min.
